Customer ServiceTerms and Conditions
Please note that all orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving and will be shipped thereafter. Some orders may take longer to process due to the processing of the credit card transaction. We make every attempt to get orders processed and shipped as soon as possible. All vehicles will be shipped via ground shipping or freight truck. Some vehicles shipped to rural or difficult to reach areas may require additional shipping costs beyond the standard free shipping offered; however, you will be notified should these costs vary. We only ship to the lower 48 US states.
 
All items are insured for their full purchase value before being shipped. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for problems associated with the shipping company or acts of God that may cause delivery delays. If possible, we will seek alternate means for items that can’t be delivered by our usual carriers in the normal delivery time frame.
 
All orders must be for $30.00 or more and all transactions are to be made in US currency.
 
We accept, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card, money orders, checks, wire transfers and Pay Pal. Checks must be mailed to our corporate office and clear before orders are shipped.
 All Hazardous materials such as oils, aerosols and cleaners must be delivered by way of ground shipping. Hazardous materials may be shipped separately from other express delivered items for an additional shipping fee. Customers are allowed to exchange items (except vehicles) within 30 days as long as they are not used, damaged and are in their original manufacturer packaging. Items can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 20% restocking charge. Customers can chose either store credit or a return of funds. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 561-337-9214 before items can be returned. All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. All vehicles include free shipping to the lower 48 states. ATV tires don not include free shipping and the ship cost will be billed later when the tires ship.                                
Highlifter Outlaw and Outlaw 2 tires are usually on backorder 6-10 weeks. There are no cancelations for these orders. In the event we do agree to cancel an order the customer is responsible for the 3% credit card fees associated for the complete dollar amount of the order.                                                 
 
Orders cannot be canceled for any reason due to costs associated with the immediate processing of orders.
 
The manufacture’s warranty is the only warranty applied to item(s) purchased.
 
Customers are responsible for immediately checking their order to ensure that there are no damages and the order is correct. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the shipper and XTPOWERSPORTS immediately upon delivery if there are any damages to the shipping container that might affect the item(s) within. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) that are damaged while being shipped. Please report all orders that are incorrect or damaged immediately.
 
When items are ordered you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order’s status.
 
Item(s) that are not deliverable or refused delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs. If items require storage the custiomer is responsible for all associated storage costs. All fees associated with nonligitimate chargebacks will be billed directly to the customer. Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month for nonligitimate chargebacks until all funds are returned back to XTPowersports, Inc.
 
Orders that have partial items that are backordered will be sent as a complete order when all items are received for shipping. You may call to have item(s) not on backorder be sent immediately however additional shipping charges may apply.
 
We reserve the right to correct or update any price changes made by our distributors or correct any discrepancies made to this website as a whole. For vehicles that need replacement parts it is the responsibility of the purchaser or purchaser's representative to diagnose the issue to determine what replacement parts are required and replace said parts. 
 
All orders must have a physical address as we do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO. Delivery address changes or corrections are $60 to make changes.
 
There are no cancelations for vehicle color availability. If orders are canceled 3% will be deducted for the credit card fess and a $30.00 processing fee will be deducted as well. 
 
Most vehicles come 90% assembled and require only a minimal amount of assembly. Please check and tighten all bolts and fastners when you receive your  vehicle. XTPowersports has included a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) check list on our website to follow before starting or riding your new vehicle. From time to time some of our manufacturers may vary the manufacturing specs on our vehicles from what is listed on our website. Please note that this is something out of our control but does occurs in rare instances. If parts need to be returned for repair the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
